Pick your dates on the Rooms & booking page, choose a room and pay online. The price shown is the total: the nightly rates, any extra guest and 9% lodging tax. We charge no cleaning, resort or pet fee. You pay all of it when you book, and the confirmation email comes right away.

Cancel 14 or more days before check-in for all of it back. Cancel 7 or more days before check-in for 50% back. After that, nothing is refunded. You can cancel from the link in your confirmation email, and if something has gone wrong, call us. We read each case.

Most of the year, no: one night is fine. From September 26 to October 25 (fall color) we take two nights or more, arriving on a Friday or a Saturday. From December 26 to January 2 the minimum is three nights, arriving any day.

Check-in is from 3 pm and checkout is by 11 am. The front desk is staffed from 8 am to 8 pm. If you’ll arrive after 7 pm, tell us on the booking form and we’ll email a code for the key box. Early arrival or late checkout is often possible if the room is free; just ask the day before.

Parking is free beside each building. There is one Level 2 charger by the carriage house for guests, free to use during your stay. Bring your own cable.

Yes, in every rate. It’s served from 8 to 9:30 in the stone room: a baked egg dish or oatmeal, fruit, Nora’s scones and coffee. Tell us about allergies or diets on the booking form and we’ll cook around them. Our kitchen is a home kitchen, so we can’t promise it’s free of any one allergen.

Dogs are welcome in Sluice Cottage only, up to two, and there is no pet fee. They may not be left alone in the cottage, and we ask that you keep them off the furniture. Service animals are welcome everywhere.

Yes, ages 6 and up in the main house and the Garden Rooms, and all ages in the cottages. A third or fourth guest in the Hayloft Suite or either cottage adds $30 a night, shown in your total before you pay.

No smoking or vaping inside any building. There is a bench by the creek for those who do.

Orchard Cottage is step-free from the parking space to the shower. The Garden Rooms have one 4-inch step at the door. The main house has stairs only. The Accessibility page has the measurements, and you can call us to talk through your needs.
