We respect your privacy. This page explains what this website collects and how Millrace Inn uses it.
What you give us
When you book a stay or fill out a form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, dates, the number of guests, your answers to our questions (such as allergies and arrival time) and any message. We use it to hold your room, send your confirmation and reminder, cook breakfast for your diet and answer you. We never sell it.
Payments
Cards are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, when you book. We never see or store your full card number, and we never ask for one by email or phone. We don’t keep a card on file.
Emails
You’ll get a booking confirmation, a reminder the day before you arrive and a message if you cancel. These are sent whether or not you sign up for anything else.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Other services
Some pages show a map or a form from another company. They have their own privacy policies and only load when you use them.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for seven years, for tax and lodging-registration reasons. We delete messages and other form entries after two years.

To see, correct or delete what we have about you, email hello@millraceinnpa.com or call (570) 555-0163. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll post the new version here, with its date.
